Have you heard the shocking revelation that Secretary Rumsfeld signs condolence letters with an auto-pen?
Anyone who has ever worked for the federal government knows that for a Cabinet member, or even an assistant secretary, to sign anything with his own hand is a rare event – and that one who tried to dispense with auto-signing would soon succumb to writers’ cramp.
If this kind of silliness can make the list of anti-Rumsfeld polemics, I remain confident that his enemies have very little to say.
