Finding the Future: A Science Fiction Conversation is an independently produced documentary, much of which was filmed at Chicon 2000 and in which I get about 15 seconds of celebrity. I saw a pre-release version two years ago at Loscon and liked it. Now the producer has sent me a copy of the DVD, which was issued in 2006. Hence, I believe that it is eligible for the Hugo Award for “Best Dramatic Presentation – Long Form”. Based on what little I know about this year’s crop of SF and fantasy films, I think that it deserves a nomination.
